A launch, a takeover, a New Year’s spectacular, one night designed to be talked about. It’s also, quite often, how the regular fixture begins: one great evening that everyone agrees shouldn’t be the last.
On the Night

Everything we design starts with how your operation actually works: the pace of service, where the sightlines are, what your crowd comes for, when the room peaks. The performance is built to move with all of it.
Then, on the night itself, we run our side end to end: performers briefed, timings held, direction on the floor, all part of the fabric of your service and night.

How you reimagine an icon
When the Windmill Soho reopened, we were behind the entertainment, tasked with bringing one of Soho’s most storied rooms into the 21st century without losing what made it legendary.
So we reimagined what cabaret, variety and showgirl glamour could mean today. We built a stage with no edges, an immersive, interactive experience that ran through the whole evening and worked hand in hand with the fine dining, the cocktails and the elevated service, so you couldn’t tell where the dinner ended and the show began.
The result was a room transformed, a living entertainment experience that gave the Windmill a reason to be talked about all over again.
